The customer services offices of the Social Insurance Board are open and work as usual, but it is recommended not to come to the customer services offices without an urgent need. It is recommended to use the e-services under the self-service portal of the Social Insurance Board and on the state portal and call the information line 612 1360.

Applications and requests can be submitted contact-free:

The customer services offices follow the rules to prevent the risk of infection:
