The customer services offices of the Social Insurance Board are open and work as usual, but it is recommended not to come to the customer services offices without an urgent need. It is recommended to use the e-services under the self-service portal of the Social Insurance Board https://iseteenindus.sotsiaalkindlustusamet.ee/ and on the state portal eesti.ee and call the information line 612 1360.

Applications and requests can be submitted contact-free:

  • via self-service communication portal
  • via eesti.ee
  • sending a digitally signed document to the address info@sotsiaalkindlustusamet.ee
  • sending documents by regular post to the address Paldiski mnt 80, 15092 Tallinn

You can also submit your queries and scanned documents to the Social Insurance Board by e-mail: info@sotsiaalkindlustusamet.ee, and then post the documents to Paldiski mnt 80, 15092 Tallinn.

The customer services offices follow the rules to prevent the risk of infection:

  • Clients are advised to use the hand disinfectants in the customers service office.
  • Customer service representatives use personal protective equipment.
